Seven Days at Camp EAGR is a children's picture book about Alice, a young girl with epilepsy. Alice is attending Camp EAGR, a one-week residential summer camp for children with epiepsy, for the first time. She has many questions? Will she fit in? Will she make friends? Will camp help her to learn about who she is?

Seven Days at Camp EAGR is written by Erica Dunton. Erica grew up in Middlesex, NY and currently lives in Canandaigua, NY. She teaches sixth grade at Palmyra-Macedon Middle School and this is her first published book.
Erica had her first tonic-clonic seizure, a seizure that affects the entire body and commonly includes the loss of consciousness, when she was twenty-two and was shortly thereafter diagnosed with JME (Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy).
Erica was a counselor at Camp EAGR in 2009 and loved the experience. She wrote Seven Days at Camp EAGR to raise money for camp and to educate individuals about epilepsy.
We want to especially thank our sponsors because without their help we would not have been able to publish this great book!
